Anna Raab, M.A., BCN, has her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Biblical Studies and holds her license in Pastoral Counseling. She is also board-certified as a fellow and mentor through the BCIA, the international board certifying body for Neurofeedback and biofeedback.
Her desire is to help others attain their highest potential. Through Counseling, she approaches each individual much like one would tend a garden. One has to assess the health of the soil, the environment, and the the nutrients that affect the garden. As for people, she treats the inner health of ones mind and thoughts in the context of their unique personality, the influences around them, the spiritual climate that nourishes them, and the emotions that result.
Total mental heath becomes what she calls a “garden of grace” that results from doing the work necessary to become a whole and complete individual. The end result is what Paul the apostle calls the “Fruit of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control.”
